Discover Your True Life Purpose and Find the Work You Love best!
Whatever the situation, changing jobs becomes a regular occurring reality of the modern workplace. Labor statistics show that young people entering the workforce today will likely change jobs 7 to 12 times in their whole careers.
Everyone needs to have their basic personal needs met: security, shelter, cloth, food, support-financial, community, family, and self-worth - confidence, drive, self-care - as a base to pursue their personal life purpose. Look at this step as the first in finding your true life purpose. There is no time limit at this point because personal circumstances vary over a great extend. Those with a higher true purpose must first focus on inner personal healing before being able to make a significant contribution to the outside world.
First, prepare for a journey, a change in your life, a switch for the better. Make a situation analysis that identifies your previous successes, talents but also the failures. Evaluate and carefully consider your personal financial situation, and perhaps save enough switching money to be able to take a temporary pay cut, or to take a class, no matter what action your plan calls for. Without funding, even the best plan is doomed.
Plan well your job change. Once you have determined a new jobs possibilities and career path that aligns with your personal skills, inner talents, and private and professional interests, come up with a detailed written plan to get yourself onto that path to reach that precious goal. Don't try just hush-hush short-term thinking, consider a development with more time, possibilities and variations.
Tell people you trust yourself very much about your change and your new set interesting life goals. When you doubt about yourself, think why you're making the change in the first place. Think about the benefits of doing the changing process to reaffirm and reset your goals. Regularly adjust your plan as surrounding reality impound. Consider a personal and private ceremony, or rite of passage with some friends and/or family members, once you meet a step or major goal.
Good luck is what happens to you when opportunity meets good, flexible determined preparation. Whether you might be changing jobs in the next 3 months or the next 3 years, keeping your personal and professional skills up-to-date helps a great deal and works to your advantage. Even if you're not planning on leaving your job urgently, an opportunity may come up that you'd want to pursue. Such as a chance for internal promotion or a job across town and nearby that sounds like it was just made for you. And keeping on top of your profession and personal skills keeps you sharp for whatever you're doing today, the next week and the next month. Just go for it.
